Aging face - What are the signs of aging?

Hi, many of my patients asking me about aging and aging in the face. What are the signs of aging?

What are the causes? How we can prevent or treat it?

Aging is a process that occurs from the first day of life. But obvious signs would be developed after age 30. During years your skin loses the tone, volume, elasticity, and strength. Because there is a reduction in the volume of soft tissues in the face. A reduction in thickness and the reduction in collagen and elastin fibers. The number of active cells in the skin reduces so the power for repair will be reduced.

The main cause for aging is bad habits, bad diet, smoking, sun damage, alcohol, improper nutritional behavior and sudden changes in weight.
